EverisLabs hereby grants you a revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the web extensions and other products sold through our web site by EverisLabs (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms of Conditions (the “license”) issued by EverisLabs.com
Limited Usage Granted
All our WordPress Themes & Templates or WordPress Plugins come with Single Domain License and Premium product support.
Ownership
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may alter the products code for your own use. But is strictly prohibited to distribute the original products code or your modified products code without the written permission of EverisLabs.
Download and Access
After we have successfully received your payment, your membership information will be emailed to the address that you have provided during the sign up process. It normally happened within minutes. If you do not receive this information in 24 hours from you completed sign up process please contact us [email protected]. With this information you can access the member area section to download our products.
Unauthorized Use
You may not, duplicate on CD or diskette or website as a method of reproduction in any kind. If you are interested in reproducing or modifying our templates, please contact us for written consent. All template XML copyright data must remain as is when purchased, you agree not to edit this information in any way. All of our templates are subject to copyright and intellectual property laws, you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
License
Our WordPress Themes and Plugins release under MIT License. All another files, brand image, movie video files and illustrator licensed under a proprietary license for unlimited personal and commercial use and cannot be redistributed as a product (or part of) without original author permission.
Refund
We offer refund for all Premium WordPress Themes. Within 14 days of the purchase of any theme, we will refund the full amount you paid upon request. You may cancel any subscription products from within your profile account at any time. All files associated with a canceled site will be deleted.
No refunds are provided for theme purchases after the first 14 days.
Price Changes
EverisLabs reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a support license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.
Customizations
Our themes are created for development – this means that images, colors, fonts, layouts and anything else related to the design of our themes can be changed or modified.
Theme & Plugin Support
EverisLabs offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions/products. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Magento E-commerce itself.
EverisLabs does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions/products or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that EverisLabs themes will work with all browser combinations.
